Everyone has goals and aims to achieve in life. Without aims and ambitions life is nothing. Some have long term plans and some have short term plans. Planning is very important to pursuit the desired goals. Without planning one cannot be successful in achieving goals. We should not wait for tomorrow to start working on goals or we should not wait for the time that will good to start instead we should just start working on goals from now on. Because only the first step is difficult to take and when first step is taken everything looks easy and full of comfort. While whenever we start a thing we have naturally a dedication to complete that work.

I have also set a lot of goals for my life. But after starting the Amal fellowship, I formulated one more goal for my life and that was personality development. And it is the Amal from which I learnt a lot of things about personality development. And I have also just started acting upon the learning which I learnt from my previous sessions. To achieve this goal my first task was to respect others opinions as everyone have right to express their views freely.

It was my first task because I have sometimes ego problems that’s why I never want to listen against my views or accept my mistakes. It is by nature problem of majority that they did not accept their mistakes and faults. So I decided to respect everyone’s feedback on me and to to respect by their opinions. I faced a lot of problems in achieving this goal because it is very difficult to silent your ego and accept your mistakes quietly without saying anything offensive. By doing this I experienced great change in myself. I became a good listener no matter what other person was saying. I did not judge them on their views. I even did not say anything to them if they were wrongly criticizing or making wrong blames on me. And I tried to learn the things from their criticism and from their opinions. I learned a lot of things from them such as everything has a lot of perspectives and everyone sees the things from their perspectives. So when we interact with people who see things differently then we learn from them about those perspectives which we did not knew earlier. It was just an amazing experience for me and I’ll continue this in my entire life. Respecting others opinions also avoid conflicts which occurs due to egoistic problems. We should let others to express their opinions freely without any fear of judgement. This has created a lot of change in my personality in this week. And the next things which I will do for my personality development is being kind and helpful with others no matter what their relation and behavior is with me.

There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work and learning from failure.

So everyone should start working on their goals. Life is a long process of learning. So start it and you will learn the things automatically which will help you to complete your task or to achieve your goal. We should not wait for the opportunities instead we should create opportunities.
